At Dilla Company, we don’t mess around when it comes to getting your gear to you. Here’s everything you need to know:
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume drops, sales, or new releases, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’re always pushing to get your order out fast.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep tabs on your package every step of the way.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order leaves our hands and is with the carrier, it’s out of our control.
- Dilla Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- If your package shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly
- For delays, we recommend checking tracking updates first
Incorrect Shipping Information
Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- You will be responsible for reshipping costs
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
We’ll make it right.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping.
